Once your KYB is submitted (wizard in 8 steps), our team processes it manually within **24 to 48 business hours** on average.
To avoid back-and-forth and speed up validation, check before submission that all your documents are **readable, complete, and up to date**: business registration, municipal authorization if required for your profession (for example, health authorization for a restaurant), ID of the manager.
The **country of the business** in the file must match the country on your ID and your proof of address. An inconsistency is the primary cause of rejection.
You receive an email for each status change: submitted, under review, approved, or rejected with an explicit reason. You can always see the progress from your dashboard on the onboarding banner or Settings → Business.
If the KYB is rejected, you receive the precise reason. You can correct the document(s) in question and resubmit; the new review usually takes less time than the first.
You can use your shop, create invoices and quotes while the KYB is in progress. Only outgoing financial operations (transfers, withdrawals, cards) are blocked before approval.
