For artisans, freelancers, and coaches working on projects, Monniz allows you to issue a professional quote and have it accepted online by the client.
Go to Quotes → New quote. Choose the client, add the lines (description, quantity, unit price), apply VAT if applicable, define a **validity date** (for example, 30 days) and custom conditions.
The quote is generated in PDF with your logo, your contact details, and a secure public link. You send the PDF by email or WhatsApp to your client.
The client opens the public link on their phone and clicks on 'Accept the quote'. The acceptance is timestamped and archived in your dashboard as proof of commitment.
Once the quote is accepted, you can **convert it into an invoice** with one click from its record. All lines are carried over, you just need to confirm the issuance.
If the client does not respond in time, the quote automatically changes to 'expired' status on the expiration date. You can still reactivate it manually by updating the date.
