How do my clients access my card?

Via your public link monniz.shop/your-restaurant that you can share on WhatsApp, Instagram, or print as a QR code. You can also connect a personal domain like www.yourrestaurant.com (automatic DNS verification).

Can clients cancel their reservation?

Yes. The WhatsApp reminder 24 hours before the appointment contains a cancellation link. If you have set up a deposit, your refund policy applies automatically.

Can I update my menu quickly?

Yes. The editor works like a dropdown menu: adding, hiding, or modifying a dish can be done in a few clicks, and the shop reflects the change immediately.

Can I manage multiple restaurants from the same account?

Yes. The same user can own multiple businesses (a café + a restaurant for example) and switch from one to another without logging back in.
