Does the quote have legal value?

The quote accepted online by the client (secure public link + timestamp) serves as proof of commitment. The PDF is archived in your dashboard and can be resent at any time.

Can I configure VAT?

Yes. You activate VAT per line, per quote, or by default. Standard UEMOA rates (18%) are supported, and you can also invoice excluding taxes based on your status.

How do I manage the deposit?

Create a payment link for the deposit amount and send it via WhatsApp. Once paid, you start the job. The balance is settled upon delivery via the final invoice.
