To retrieve your money from your Monniz Business wallet to your Mobile Money account, go to Wallet → Withdrawals → New withdrawal.
Choose the recipient: you can enter a new Mobile Money number (Wave, Orange Money, MTN, or Moov) or select a beneficiary you have already registered.
Enter the amount to withdraw in XOF. Any fees are calculated and displayed clearly before confirmation. The net amount the recipient will receive is also visible.
Confirm with your **PIN code** (4 to 6 digits). It's an additional security measure required for any outgoing financial transaction.
Once confirmed, the withdrawal is processed and arrives in the recipient's Mobile Money account within a few minutes. You can track its status in Transactions (pending, successful, failed).
Prerequisite: your account must be **KYB approved** to make withdrawals. Before approval, you can receive payments and invoice but cannot send money externally.
