Monniz Business offers several roles, some universal and others tailored to specific professions.
**Universal roles**: Owner (full access), Admin (broad access excluding critical financial operations), Accountant (read-only + invoices/quotes/reports), Manager (team management + ongoing operations), Employee (generic role for operational staff).
**Specific roles by profession**: Cashier, Stock Manager, Delivery Person for shops and restaurants; Server, Chef for restaurants; Hairdresser, Receptionist for beauty; Coach, Assistant for training; Salesperson, Technician for crafts.
Each role has default permissions on the different sections of the dashboard (wallet, sales, invoices, team, settings). The owner can view the exact permissions from Team → member edit.
Outgoing financial operations (transfers, withdrawals, card creation) are systematically protected by the PIN code, regardless of the role; it's a security layer above permissions.
You can change a member's role at any time. The change takes effect immediately, without a new invitation.
