For beauty shops, coaches, or restaurants with reservations, the public form can display available team members (for example, choose your hairdresser, assigned coach, or a specific server's table).
Go to Team → edit a member. Activate the option **“Bookable by clients”**. Provide a public display name and, optionally, a photo and a mini bio.
Once activated, the member appears in your shop's public reservation form with their photo and name. The client can choose them during their reservation, and the appointment is associated with this member in your dashboard.
If a member takes leave or does not work on a given day, temporarily disable the option so they no longer appear in the available slots on the client side.
