An empty virtual card cannot be used; it must first be credited in USD from your XOF wallet.
Go to Cards, select the card to top up, then click on 'Top up'. Enter the amount in USD you want available on the card.
Monniz converts the equivalent XOF amount from your wallet at the current rate. The total debited (XOF) and total credited (USD) are clearly displayed before confirmation, fees included.
Enter your PIN to confirm the operation. The card is credited in seconds, and you can use it immediately.
You can also **withdraw** from a card balance (e.g., if you overcharged) with a card → wallet XOF withdrawal, with reverse conversion at the current rate. Useful if you want to reallocate balance between multiple cards.
