Configure delivery zones

Rates and timelines by geographical zone (Cotonou center, Calavi, suburbs, etc.).

For physical products, you define your delivery zones with their rates and timelines. At checkout, the customer automatically sees the correct price based on the address they enter.

Go to Delivery → Delivery zones → Add a zone. Enter a name (for example 'Cotonou center'), the rate in XOF, the estimated timeframe (for example 24 to 48 hours) and, optionally, a free shipping threshold (free delivery from a certain amount).

You can create as many zones as necessary. If an address does not match any configured zone, the customer is informed that delivery is not possible in their area and is invited to contact you directly.

For more complex delivery methods (pickup points, in-store pickup, express delivery), go to Delivery → Methods. You can enable multiple options (home delivery, pickup, click & collect) and the customer chooses at checkout.

Each delivered order can be marked as shipped and then delivered from your dashboard. If you enable home delivery, you will be asked to upload proof of delivery (photo) when changing to 'delivered' status.
