Promo codes are perfect for launches, sales, loyalty, and one-off marketing operations.
Go to Coupons → New coupon. Choose the **type of discount** (percentage of the cart or fixed amount in XOF) and the value (for example, 15% or 2,000 XOF).
Define the **validity period** (start date + end date). You can also limit the total number of uses (for example, 100 coupons available) and the number of uses per customer (for example, 1 time maximum per customer account).
The unique code (that you choose or that Monniz generates) must be communicated to your customers: via WhatsApp, on your social media, in flyers, or integrated into your email campaigns.
At checkout, the customer enters their code and the discount is applied automatically before payment. If the conditions are no longer met (expired period, quota reached), the coupon is declined with an explicit message.
You can deactivate a coupon at any time from Coupons → edit. All orders that have already used it remain valid; deactivation just prevents future uses.
